These Terms of Service govern the use of the Interviewmatic platform provided by PLOG with its registered office at Cyfrowa 6, Szczecin. By using our platform, you accept these terms.

• Platform - the Interviewmatic website available at interviewmatic.com • Service Provider - PLOG, Cyfrowa 6, Szczecin • User - person using the platform • Account - user profile on the platform • Services - functionalities offered by the platform

The Interviewmatic platform offers: • Job interview simulations with AI • CV analysis by artificial intelligence • Personalized recruitment questions • Detailed feedback and ratings • Progress tracking in preparation • Access to recruitment questions database

• Registration is voluntary but required to use full features • You must provide true and current data • You are responsible for your account security • One account per person • You can delete your account at any time

You commit to: • Using the platform in accordance with the law • Not providing false information • Not violating other users' rights • Not hindering platform operation • Not conducting competitive activities • Not copying content without permission

• We offer free and paid plans • Payments are processed through Stripe • Subscriptions are automatically renewed • You can cancel your subscription at any time • Refunds according to refund policy • Prices may change with 30-day notice

• All platform content is protected by copyright • User retains rights to their uploaded content • You grant us a license to use your data for service provision • Copying and distributing content without permission is prohibited

• The platform is provided 'as is' • We do not guarantee job placement after using the platform • Our liability is limited to the amount of fees • We are not liable for indirect damages • User uses the platform at their own risk

• You can stop using the platform at any time • We may suspend or delete accounts for terms violations • After account deletion, data will be deleted according to privacy policy • Some provisions remain in effect after contract termination

• We reserve the right to change these terms • We will notify of changes with 30-day notice • Continued use of the platform means acceptance of changes • If you don't accept changes, you can delete your account

• These terms are governed by Polish law • Disputes will be resolved by Polish courts • In case of illegality, other provisions remain in effect
